  • 3‑minute walk from JR Shinjuku South Exit — ideal for Busta Shinjuku airport buses
  • We walked around the area ourselves and found that the sidewalks are well-organized and wide, so you won’t have any trouble walking with large luggage. The roads are also flat, which makes it easy for your luggage wheels to roll smoothly.
  • Safe, orderly streets; easy to navigate even on a first Japan trip
  • Lobby vibe: clean, professional, efficient

They use Simmons bed which is one the ofamous bed maker and provide you with the best travel experience. (We stayed at a hotel that featured Simmons beds, and it was the best. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, which helped maintain proper posture and provided an excellent sleeping experience.
Once you’ve slept on a bed like that, it’s hard to go back to a regular one.

We’ve explored most parts of Shinjuku, and this area stands out as the safest—especially when it comes to noise levels, the number of intoxicated individuals, and encounters with unsettling behavior.

We can confidently say that Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is the best choice for first-time visitors to Tokyo or those traveling for business. It offers a calm, secure environment that ensures a comfortable stay.
